Description: On May 13, 2014, Plaintiff was standing on the street when he was approached by Defendant NYPD officers. The officers asked Plaintiff to produce identification without probable or reasonable cause. Before Plaintiff could show identification, the officers placed him in a police car and took him to a precinct where he was placed in a holding cell. Plaintiff complained that the handcuffs placed on him were too tight. Plaintiff was subsequently charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. On July 29, 2014, all charges against Plaintiff were dismissed.
