Description: On June 12, 2017 Plaintiffs Shannon Mott and Dionesy Vargas were appraoched and arrested without cause by Det. Michael Dye, Lt. Thomas Fabrizi, Sgt James Gerrity and/or Jean Fransisco on suspicion of possession or sale of marijuana. At the 30th precinct plaintiffs were subject to a strip search. Plaintiffs were held for 24 hours. In January 2018 the narcotics charges against both Plaintiffs were dismissed.

Description: On May 13, 2014, Plaintiff was standing on the street when he was approached by Defendant NYPD officers. The officers asked Plaintiff to produce identification without probable or reasonable cause.
