Description: On two separate occasions, officers busted into Plaintiffs home, placed him under arrest, and charged him with charges that were eventually dismissed. On a third occasion, officers stopped Plaintiff while he was walking down on the street, searched him, slammed his head into the car, arrested him and charged him with Disorderly Conduct which was eventually dismissed.
