[redacted] left the scene and as he was walking away, he observed [redacted] being beaten by officers, identified as Sgt. Roy Bocina, Det. Christopher Castle, Lt. Patrick Ryan, Det. Ronald Bannister, and Det. Virgil Cumberbatch of Brooklyn North Narcotics (allegations A-E). [redacted]'s family saw from the window that he was being beaten and ran downstairs. Once downstairs, officers cursed at the family and told them if they came outside the gate they would be "locked up" (allegations F, G).
