Description: Defendant officers entered the residence of the Plaintiff's grandmother during a birthday party. The residence had been under police surveillance. All of the adults, including the plaintiff were arrested. Plaintiff was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, endangering the welfare of a child, and unlawfully dealing in the first degree. When at Rikers, plaintiff was strip searched. The charges brought against him were later dismissed.

The cops threw her against a concrete wall; held her there, causing her face to rub and scratch the wall.
