Description: On or about February 27, 2023, Plaintiff was hosting two friends for a barbecue at his home in Brooklyn, NY. Officers arrived at Plaintiff house, and Plaintiff refused to go outside or let them inside. Irritated, the Individual Defendants proceeded to enter through a neighbor's home, jump the fence, and break in through Plaintiff's kitchen. Description: On October 1, 2021, Plaintiff was in his neighborhood when a neighbor approached regarding a vehicle collision, and wrongly accused Plaintiff.
