Description: The plaintiff was moving his car with his girlfriend when he was arrested by defendant officers in connection with a shooting that had happened a few weeks prior. He was taken to the 73rd Precinct where he was interrogated and charged with attempted murder. A month later on November 12, 2013, the plaintiff was stopped in his vehicle, searched, arrested and charged with marijuana related charges. Description: On March 13, 2015, Plaintiff was lawfully operating a motor vehicle near 2071 East 18th Street in Brooklyn. NYPD Detective James Luongo and Sergeant Ahmed Aiman cut off Plaintiff in an unmarked police vehicle.
