Description: On June 16, 2019, at approximately 12:30 AM, plaintiff was lawfully present at 92 Spencer Place, in the borough of Brooklyn, when police officer Victor Roopnarine, sergeant Jason Reisgerzog, and unidentified police officers (John Does 1-10) unlawfully stopped, questioned, frisked, and falsely arrested him.
Plaintiff was lawfully attending a barbeque at his cousin, Ramel Battles' house at the aforementioned address. The police officers entered the location. The officers told plaintiff to "go home or go inside." Plaintiff complied, but was still tasered (he had to have the prongs from the taser surgically removed from his back).
