On February 14, 2023, at approximately 3:05 a.m., [redacted] went to the 79th Precinct stationhouse to file a complaint. Police Officer Rmit Sharma and Sergeant Shawn Kitterle, of the 79th Precinct, did not activate their body-worn cameras ("BWC") and allegedly refused to file [redacted] complaint (Allegation A-B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted] Allegations C-D: Abuse of Authority, [redacted] Police Officer Sebastian Villa, of the 79th Precinct, threatened to arrest [redacted] (Allegation E: Abuse of Authority, [redacted] PO Sharma, PO Villa, and Police Officer Colwin Benn, of the 79th Precinct, pulled [redacted] out of the stationhouse (Allegations F-H: Force, [redacted]) Sergeant Christopher McDonald, of the 79th Precinct, forcibly removed [redacted] to the hospital (Allegation I: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]) The officers handcuffed [redacted] and PO Roopnarine held [redacted] legs and shackles down (Allegation J: Force, [redacted] Officers carried [redacted] into the stationhouse to wait for an ambulance to arrive and carried him to the ambulance upon its arrival (Allegation K: Force, [redacted] Sgt.
