Complaint
Description: On November 2, 2022, officer Drew Vinci, sergeant Melike Turk, and other 10 officers approached Plaintiff on the street for no reason and, based on fraud, perjury and misrepresentations, summarily stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, and detained him in an aggressive and excessive manner, without a warrant. Plaintiff was arraigned after his arrest and falsely and maliciously prosecuted. All charges against him were terminated favorably. Plaintiff sustained physical and emotional pain and injuries in and about his head, neck, back, body and limbs as a result of this incident.
