Description: On or about October 4, 2018, officers Anthony LaFarrell, Yajaira Galindez, Jose Ramirez, and certain unnamed officers illegally barged into Plaintiff's home without consent, probable cause, or an authorized search warrant. The officers illegally searched Plaintiff's home and person, and physically restrained him by the arms and wrists. The officers then violently contorted Plaintiff's arms and wrists behind his back and tightly applied handcuffs and shackles, causing him substantial pain. Plaintiff was taken to the local precinct, where he was subject to further searches and interrogations.
