Complaint
Description: Plaintiff's son came to plaintiff's apartment and informed plaintiff that defendant officers were questions two of his friends about trespassing. Plaintiff informed defendant officers that the two kids were friends with his son and were not trespassing. Plaintiff tried to show identification and defendant officers handcuffed him and physically assaulted him. Plaintiff was placed under arrest and charged with governmental obstruction of administration in the second degree, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct. All charges were adjourned in contemplation of dismissal.
