Description: On or about December 27, 2017, Plaintiff Stewart was wrongfully and falsely arrested, detained, and imprisoned without any legal justification by NYPD Officers Jose Tejada and Fray Severinojimenez. The officers filed or caused a criminal court complaint to the filed for the purpose of falsely accusing the plaintiff of violations of the criminal laws of the State of New York. On December 28, 2017, the charges were dismissed in favor of the plaintiff.
