Description: On April 19, 2014, at approximately 8:30 p.m., Plaintiff was in and/or near his apartment in 685 Ralph Avenue in Brooklyn. Plaintiff was stopped, searched, brutalized, handcuffed, falsely arrested, falsely imprisoned, and mistreated by several NYPD officers, including Officer George Allen, Sergeant Yancy Brown, Sergeant Lawrence, and several unidentified NYPD officers. Plaintiff was held illegally at the 73rd Precinct and Rikers Island. Plaintiff was actually the victim of a stabbing, though he was arrested and prosecuted instead of the perpetrator.
