On December 4, 2019, at approximately 7:45 PM, Sergeant Charles Blowe and Police Officer Randel Guy, of the Gun Violence Suppression Division, went to [redacted] in Brooklyn to arrest [redacted] on a bench warrant for petit larceny (26 Board Review). Police Officer Faedlie Jacques and Nil Musa, both from the 73rd Precinct, were on a foot post at the location, and went with Sgt. Blowe and PO Randel to [redacted]. Sgt.
