PO John Doe observed the false arrest but did nothing to stop it. Plaintiff was charged with a driving while intoxicated violation. Plaintiff was acquitted on June 5, 2019. The incident caused Plaintiff psychological and emotional trauma and suffering, including fear, embarrassment, humiliation, emotional distress, frustration, extreme inconvenience, and anxiety.
