Summary

On May 20, 2018, at approximately 5:00 a.m. [redacted] was driving near Grand Concourse and East 188th Street in the Bronx. In the vehicle were [redacted] and several other individuals for whom [redacted] did not have the full names. Det. Darryl Schwartz of the 46th Precinct pulled over her vehicle (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). He was accompanied by PO Ronald Hobson, also of the 46th Precinct.
