Description: On June 2, 2019, at approximately 10:00 a.m., Mr. Lynch was allegedly targeted due to his race by police officers, including Defendants Guzman, Gigliello, Telford, and other unidentified officers, near 1672 Ralph Avenue in Kings County, New York. The plaintiff claims he was stopped, confronted, and physically assaulted without cause, including being forcibly grabbed, dragged through a hallway, slammed against a wall, and handcuffed tightly.
