Complaint
Description: On October 4, 2019, Police officers Dan and John Does was on a street near W 115 st. and 7th Ave. when they assaulted, battered, and falsely arrested and confined Shakiem Fraser knowingly, intentionally, and willfully. The officers intentionally and negligently assaulted Fraser despite having no justifiable cause to do so. As a result, Fraser suffered from injury and pain on multiple parts of his body, distress, mental shock, mental anguish, and psychological trauma. The false arrest has also brought him humiliation, shame, indignity, and damage to reputation and credit. The officers also continued to maliciously prosecute Fraser by submitting an erroneous police report to cover up his mistake.
