Description: On May 21, 2013, at approximately 1:00pm, while present in the Jay Street Subway Station, in Brooklyn, NY, Plaintiff Brian Gorky-Quarshie was unlawfully stopped, searched, subjected to excessive force, and arrested by Defendant NYPD officers THOMASZ KONARZEWSKI, DANIEL DAVIDSON, MICHAEL FORESTER, SGT. JOSE CANCELINO, SGT. LUIS VILLAGRAN, SGT. DANIEL MCNEIL, and four unidentified NYPD officers. As a result, Plaintiff required medical attention for contusions and pain to his right shoulder, head trauma, and wrist pain.
