Description: On January 6, 2020, at approximately 3:00 PM, the Defendants, NYPD Police Officer Dagoberto Rodriguez (shield #2631) and John and Jane Doe #s 1-10, came to the residence of the Plaintiffs, Daniel Ali and Jahaira Ramirez located at 211 West 101st Street, New York County, New York. The Defendants demanded to speak to Mr. Ali. At the time, Ms. Ramirez informed the Defendants that Mr. Ali had been diagnosed with bipolar disease but the Defendants proceeded to crowd and aggressively approach Mr. Ali, exacerbating his mental condition.
