Complaint
Description: On May 19, 2019, plaintiff was sitting on a bench with his brother, when defendant POs, without reasonable suspicion or probable cause, stopped and arrested plaintiff's brother. When plaintiff started recording the incident, he was threatened by defendant PO Brown with a taser. Defendant POs Brown and Doe then forcibly grabbed plaintiff and handcuffed him. Defendant POs then falsely stated to the District Attorney's Office that plaintiff had committed the crime of obstructing governmental administration. All charges against plaintiff were later dismissed and sealed.
