Description: (Complaint failed to mention dates of incident.) Plaintiff was kidnapped and wrongfully arrested by P.O.s Nieves and Anderson five days after getting a disposition for a previous civil charge. The officers pulled Plaintiff’s automobile over with guns in their hands. Plaintiff produced a copy of the original disposition letter showing that his DMV records were clear.
In a separate incident, Plaintiff was parked in front of his girlfriend’s house with his engine off. A P.O. came up to the window and knocked, asking Plaintiff if he was drinking. Plaintiff answered in the negative but was ordered to take a Breathalyzer test. Plaintiff did not consent, and called 911 to make a report.

Description: On July 21, 2012, Plaintiff was lawfully walking to her home on DeKalb Avenue in Brooklyn, NY. Defendant officers were outside of plaintiff’s home. Suddenly without warning, a defendant officer grabbed Plaintiff from behind, violently pushed her head and neck in a downward direction, causing severe pain, then punched her the face. Defendants left the scene, and Plaintiff, injured and in pain, went to Wykoff Heights Medical Center for treatment. At the Hospital, defendants appeared, and without probable cause, arrested Plaintiff and brought her to the 83rd Precinct. In excruciating pain, Plaintiff asked to be taken back to Wykoff
Hospital but defendants refused. EMS arrived and took Plaintiff to Woodhull Medical...
