Description: (Complaint failed to mention dates of incident.) Plaintiff was kidnapped and wrongfully arrested by P.O.s Nieves and Anderson five days after getting a disposition for a previous civil charge. The officers pulled Plaintiff’s automobile over with guns in their hands. Plaintiff produced a copy of the original disposition letter showing that his DMV records were clear. In a separate incident, Plaintiff was parked in front of his girlfriend’s house with his engine off. A P.O. came up to the window and knocked, asking Plaintiff if he was drinking. Plaintiff answered in the negative but was ordered to take a Breathalyzer test. Plaintiff did not consent, and called 911 to make a report.

Description: On July 21, 2012, Plaintiff was lawfully walking to her home on DeKalb Avenue in Brooklyn, NY. Defendant officers were outside of plaintiff’s home. Suddenly without warning, a defendant officer grabbed Plaintiff from behind, violently pushed her head and neck in a downward direction, causing severe pain, then punched her the face.
