Complaint
Description: Plaintiffs were waiting at a bus stop when approached by Defendant Officer Romolo. Then DO Murphy ran up to Plaintiff 1 and pushed him multiple times until he fell to the ground, then slammed his face to the concrete, resulting in a chipped tooth, bruising, bleeding, and scarring on his body. When Plaintiff 2 inquired about what was happening, he was subjected to the same assault. Both brought to 61st Precinct. Charged with Resisting Arrest and Dis Con, which were dismissed & sealed at arraignments.
