Description: On December 6, 2019, plaintiff Molina-Jovel was inside her apartment in Jackson Heights, Queens, caring for her father. At 10:30 PM, defendants violently knocked on her door and truthfully identified themselves as NYPD officers. The plaintiff did not see any badges through the peephole and chose not to open the door for her and her fathers safety.
