Description: On or about September 9, 2023 at the FDNY Queens Tactical Response Group Plaintiff, a Lieutenant for the FDNY acting in the course of his employment, was falsely arrested by Sgt. Arias, PO Ward, PO Holus, and PO Echevaria without legal justification. Plaintiff had an underlying medical condition that required handcuffs be placed with care but POs ignored his requests, causing and further aggravation injury. Plaintiff was unlawfully transported to the 107th Precinct where he was held without being informed why.
