Complaint
Description: On February 29, while in the Bronx, Plaintiff Willie Parker was approached, searched, and arrested by P.O. Christopher Dominguez, and unknown P.O.s John Doe and John Roe. The officers grabbed, assaulted, and strip-searched Mr. Parker without any legal reason or justification. At a police station, they fingerprinted and photographed him without his consent. Upon his arrest, Mr. Parker was confined for over 24 hours and required to make various court appearances before the charges were terminated favorably.
