Description: On or about November 8, 2024 Plaintiff was inside a lobby speaking with friends when PO Christopher Dominguez, PO Jehad Mahmud, and PO John Doe stopped, handcuffed, and arrested Plaintiff without legal justification. Plaintiff was taken to the PSA 7th Precinct where he was strip-searched and held for several hours. Plaintiff was maliciously prosecuted for gambling and the District Attorney ultimately declined to prosecute the arrest. Plaintiff suffered physical and emotional distress as well as other injuries as a result of this incident.

Description: On February 29, while in the Bronx, Plaintiff Willie Parker was approached, searched, and arrested by P.O. Christopher Dominguez, and unknown P.O.s John Doe and John Roe. The officers grabbed, assaulted, and strip-searched Mr. Parker without any legal reason or justification. At a police station, they fingerprinted and photographed him without his consent. Upon his arrest, Mr. Parker was confined for over 24 hours and required to make various court appearances before the charges were terminated favorably.
