Summary

On March 20, 2020, at approximately 9:00 p.m., [redacted] walked with his girlfriend, [redacted] toward [redacted] in the Bronx when officers, supervised by Lt. Eric Konoski of PSA 7, exited an unmarked vehicle and stopped him (Allegations A: Abuse of Authority: [redacted]). Lt. Konoski allegedly reached into [redacted]s pockets (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority: [redacted]). Lt. Konoski grabbed [redacted] by the shirt and pushed him against a wrought iron fence (Allegation C: Force: [redacted]). PO Brian Greaige and PO Cristopher Dominguez parked nearby and approached. Lt. Konoski, Det. Andres Gomez, PO Greaige, and PO Dominguez struggled to pull [redacted]s hands together for approximately 30 seconds and placed him into handcuffs. PO Greaige and PO Dominguez escorted [redacted] into a police van.
