Description: On May 31, 2020, around 1:00 AM, Plaintiff Edwin Rodriguez was stopped and frisksed near East 144th Street and Brook Avenue, Bronx, when Defendant Officers Brian Greaige, John Doe, and John Roe summarily stopped, searched, grabbed, handcuffed, assaulted, battered, and detained him using excessive force. Plaintiff was taken to an unidentified precinct and to the Bronx Criminal Courthouse. While in Defendant Officer's custody, Plaintiff was subjected to a strip search and assault of his head, neck, back, body, and limbs. Plaintiff was incarcerated for over 24 hours prior to release, and was then required to make numerous court appearances before the charges were terminated.

Description: On August 20, 2017, Plaintiff Dyquan Norman was speaking with a friend on the street when he was approached by Defendant Officer Brian Greiage and an unidentified officer. Plaintiff turned to walk away and Defendants tripped him and pushed him to the ground, handcuffed, arrested and transported him the police precinct. Plaintiff was placed in a cell with other make prisoners and subject to a strip search that recovered nothing on an unlawful nature. Plaintiff was then transported to central booking, arraigned and charged with possession of marijuana and resisting arrest, after which, Plaintiff was released.
