On July 4, 2019, at approximately 11:23 p.m., officers from PSA 7 and the 40th Precinct responded to 325 East 143rd Street in the Bronx regarding a large crowd. At the location, as the officers arrested [redacted] s son, [redacted] PO Nivez Hernandez of PSA 7 pushed [redacted] (Allegation A: Force, [redacted] PO Brian Greaige of PSA 7 then approached and pushed [redacted] (Allegation B: Force, [redacted] As PO Greaige attempted to place [redacted] under arrest, PO Greaige allegedly punched [redacted] twice (Allegation C: Force, [redacted] PO Greaige and officers subsequently took [redacted] down to the ground (Allegation D: Force, [redacted] Allegation E: Force, [redacted] While on the ground, officers then allegedly punched and kicked [redacted] (Allegation F: Force [redacted]).
