Description: On February 27, 2013, Plaintiff was lawfully standing in the street, holding a cup of coffee in one hand, and in the other a black plastic bag containing an unopened container of an alcoholic beverage that he had just purchased. Police officers then approached Plaintiff. Shortly thereafter, PO Jonathan Kupferschmidt swiped the bag from Plaintiff.
