Description: On December 1, 2018, NYPD Officers Orellana and 10 unnamed NYPD Officers illegal searched and seized Plaintiff in the Bronx, after acting on a search warrant issue after false or fabricated information re: the likely presence of marijuana, weapons and noxious materials was provided to the DA's office. Defendant NYPD officers assaulted and battered plaintiff, including by handcuffing him too tightly and drawing their firearms on plaintiff, which were not discharged.
