Description: On November 11, 2019, Plaintiff was lawfully present inside his apartment when he noticed someone at the peephole of the front door. As soon as Plaintiff realised that the person was a police officer, he opened the door. PO Angel Martinez and other Defendant Officers entered, threw Plaintiff against the wall, arrested, and handcuffed him. Defendant Officers refused to tell Plaintiff what he was arrested for. At the precinct, Plaintiff repeatedly asked for medical attention and insulin, due to his diabetes, but was denied both medication as well as hospital treatment.
