Description: On June 6, 2012, defendants arrived at plaintiff's residence and demanded entry. Plaintiff's son opened the door and defendants entered without permission. Defendants ordered plaintiff to accompany them. Plaintiff refused, and defendant Kroski grabbed plaintiff by the arm and threw her to the floor. Defendant Kroski then proceeded punch plaintiff in the face and strangle her. Defendants then handcuffed plaintiff and transported her to the 25th precinct. Plaintiff was then transported to a hospital. All charges brought against plaintiff were ultimately dismissed.

Description: On June 6, 2012, defendants began banging on the door of the plaintiff's apartment. Plaintiff's brother opened the door and defendants forced their way into the apartment. Defendants grabbed Plaintiff and dragged plaintiff into the kitchen of her apartment. Plaintiff's bedroom was then searched without permission or authority. Defendant Bliss then demanded to know where Plaintiff's babies were located. Plaintiff stated that she did not have any babies. Plaintiff was then arrested, handcuffed and transported to the 25th precinct. All charges brought against plaintiff were subsequently dismissed.

Description: On or about August 24, 2013, the Defendant NYPD officers Pagan and Sadeh, as well as two other unknown Defendant NYPD officers, wrongfully touched, grabbed, handcuffed, and seized Plaintiff in an excessive manner, causing physical pain. The Defendants approached Plaintiff with loaded firearms and physically struck him in order to detain him. Plaintiff was taken into custody of the police station and held in custody for several hours with no legal cause or justification. The Defendants deliberately and maliciously prosecuted Plaintiff without any probable cause by filing or causing to be filed a criminal complaint based on false accusations.
