Description: Plaintiff was driving his mother's car with his friends because he was helping her move when NYPD officers pulled him over, searched his person and his vehicle, and found a pocket knife that he was using to cut boxes. Officers then violently handcuffed him., brought him to the 34th Precinct, questioned him about drugs, and charged him with 265.01(1) for a gravity knife. Plaintiff pled guilty to Disorderly conduct.
