Description: On or about October 25, 2013, Plaintiff was illegally and unlawfully arrested by Sergeant Christopher Rizzo, PO Tyrane Isaac, PO Stephen Minucci, PO Deven Okvist, and POs John Doe 1-2. The officers, without even accusing Plaintiff of any offense, and without searching or frisking him, placed Plaintiff in handcuffs, forced him into their vehicle, and then drove him to the precinct. There, Plaintiff was logged, and was then unlawfully and illegally strip-searched by the officers. Nothing unlawful or illegal was found. Plaintiff was then placed in a cell, where he remained until the next morning, when he was transported to Central Booking.
