Description: On or about November 4, 2022, plaintiff Kerry Mitchell was falsely arrested outside of her home and was maliciously prosecuted until her case was dismissed. She was detained, handcuffed and placed in a cell without a warrant. Defendants detective Joseph Borrero and detective Asim Karim assaulted and battered plaintiff by intentionally offensively touching and searching her.
