Description: On or about May 20, 2020, plaintiff was on the sidewalk when he observed defendant NYPD officers Nestor Amarantepolanco, Nicholas Rios and John and Jane Doe aggressively questioning a group of young individuals. Because this was a common form of police harassment in plaintiff's neighborhood, he began legally videoing the interaction and did not interfere with the situation in any way. When defendant officers noticed, they aggressively grabbed the plaintiff's arm and told him to leave, to which the plaintiff complied with.
