Description: On January 19, 2014 Plaintiff was lawfully present at an intersection when POs Jeffrey Loo and John Does assaulted and battered him without legal justification. Plaintiff was falsely arrested, wrongfully imprisoned, and subjected to a malicious prosecution. Plaintiff suffered severe and serious physical injuries, great pain, distress, mental shock, mental anguish, humiliation, shame, indignity, damage to reputation and credit, and psychological trauma as a result of this incident.
