Description: On January 16, 2020, at approximately 2:00 PM, plaintiff was present in the vicinity of 292 St. Johns Place, in the borough of Brooklyn, when police officer Damani Morgan and unidentified police officers (John Does 1-10) unlawfully handcuffed and falsely arrested plaintiff. More specifically, plaintiff was walking to the local corner store with his friends on Lincoln Place when he heard gunshots in the distance. Everyone on the street, including plaintiff, starting running in the opposite direction of the audible gun shots. Defendant Police Officers grabbed Plaintiff and unlawfully placed him in handcuffs.
