Complaint
Description: On March 3, 2023, Anthony and Regenia Hyman were lawfully in their home at 6:15 in the morning when multiple members of the NYPD entered their home. Anthony was recovering from cervical spinal fusion surgery, and was wearing a hard collar. Because she was still in her sleeping garments, Regenia's breasts and body were exposed when the NYPD entered her home. Anthony was forced out of bed, at which point Detective Wilbert Hernandez (Shield #4925) twisted his arm, exacerbating a rotator cuff tear which needed surgery.
