Complaint
Description: On or about August 24, 2015 within Plaintiff's residence Sgts. Eric Konoski, Kenneth Jefferson, Daniel Tirado, and PO Jorge Garcia arrested Plaintiff without legal justification. POs assaulted and battered Plaintiff during the arrest. Plaintiff was taken to a precinct and elsewhere and held until August 26, 2014. A malicious prosecution was commenced against Plaintiff. Plaintiff was compelled to retain legal counsel and appear in court several times before he was found innocent of all charges. Plaintiff suffered physical injury, humiliation, indignity, and frustration as a result of this incident.
