Description: On March 6, 2021, at approximately 11:00 a.m., at the Union Square Subway station, defendants police officers MARIANO and SINCLAIR stopped, seized, arrested and detained the plaintiff without legal justification or excuse. Defendants had no probable cause or reasonable suspicion that the plaintiff was engaged in an illegal activity.
