Description: On November 15, 2021, Plaintiff CALEB CEDENT was lawfully present at or near the corner of Marcy Avenue and Hart Street, Brooklyn, NY when NYPD officers GREGORY ANTOINE, MAXIME MULLER, BERMALY NUNEZ, ROBERT HUNTER, SHUNJIE LAI, JOSE JIMENEZ, and SERGEANT DAMANY FERRIL unlawfully arrested Plaintiff causing him permanent injuries, humiliation, shame, indignity, and emotional and physical distress. The complaint lacks further details concerning the arrest.
