Description: On September 10, 2020, Plaintiff, while on the phone in the street in the Bronx, was approached by Detective Dekoker and PO John Does 1-10 who told him to get off the phone. Without any probable cause or reasonable suspicion, the Plaintiff was detained and strip searched. At the precinct, the Plaintiff was again strip searched, including in front of other, female detainees.
