When Jayshawn stopped the car to drop off one of its occupants, the defendant officers came up to the vehicle, then proceeded to forcibly remove plaintiffs from the vehicle, handcuffed them tightly, and subjected them to illegal searches of their persons and the vehicle. Description: On or about December 31st, 2019, Plaintiff was lawfully present on the street when he was approached by PO Eric Borbee and PO "John Doe". Plaintiff had committed no crime and PO's had no warrant for Plaintiff's arrest. PO Borbee and PO "John Doe" violently grabbed Plaintiff by the arms, twisted them around his back, and forcefully affixed handcuffs to his wrists. Plaintiff was then transported to the 75th Precinct where he was held for a period of time. Plaintiff was released on his own recognizance later that night. No charges have been filed against Plaintiff.
