Description: On August 13, 2021, the Plaintiff received a phone call from PO Reis after filing complaints regarding illegally parked vehicles near the 84th Precinct. On August 26, 2021, the Plaintiff made additional complaints. Soon after, Det. Sturman called the Plaintiff, and an argument occurred between the two parties ending with Det. Sturman telling the Plaintiff "Stop calling, dickhead!" On September 10, 2021, the Plaintiff noticed several illegally parked vehicles again, and submitted photographs/separate complaints to NYPD.
