On the morning of June 27, 2020, numerous officers, all assigned to the 75th Precinct, responded to [redacted] and [redacted]'s home, an apartment building located at [redacted] in Brooklyn. [redacted] and [redacted] resided in [redacted]. Three individuals told the responding officers that [redacted] had pointed a firearm at them from his apartment window. At approximately 10:28 AM, in the hallway outside of the apartment, officers arrested [redacted] and [redacted] became involved in the struggle. [redacted] and [redacted] inside of the apartment, also became involved in the struggle. [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] were arrested.
In the hallway outside of the apartment, officers allegedly punched both [redacted] and [redacted] (Allegations A and B: Force, [redacted]). Lt. Joshua Bienvenue pulled on [redacted]'s hair (Allegation C: Force, [redacted]). PO Georin Duran and PO Keyana Cumberbatch-Walters both deployed Tasers against [redacted] (Allegation F: Force, [redacted] Allegation G: Force, [redacted]). An officer allegedly placed a knee on [redacted]'s neck, allegedly restricting her breathing (Allegations I and J: Force, [redacted]). PO Duran threatened to use a Taser against [redacted] (Allegation K: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
Meanwhile, Lt. Bienvenue entered the apartment to arrest [redacted] and PO Frank Ingrao followed (Allegations D and E: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Lt. Bienvenue deployed a Taser against [redacted] (Allegation H: Force, [redacted]). Lt. Bienvenue attempted to Taser [redacted] a second time (Allegation L: Force, [redacted]). Lt.
