Description: On December 28, 2017, Plaintiff Elijah Brisbon was leaving his NYCHA apartment building when he was detained by Defendants NYPD Officers Otneil Figueroa and an Unidentified Officer, who began to assault Plaintiff. Plaintiff was grabbed by the Officers and forced back into the lobby of his building. The officers attempted to search the Plaintiff, threw him into a wall and struck him in the face.
