Description: On or about December 3, 2022, decedent was in the area of West 161th Street and Summit Avenue when Defendant Officers Michael Meneses, Travis Andreu, Gustavo Ochoa, Jack Lopez, and John Doe 1-10, came upon decedent. He was not partaking in any illegal activity that legally warranted detainment or arrest. The decedent attempted to flee the danger and Defendant Officers discharged at least 29 bullets at the decedent. He was brought to the hospital and succumbed to his injuries on December 4, 2023. This suit is brought by the administer of decedant's estate.
