Description: On August 20, 2012 a collision occurred between Plaintiff's car, a civilian car, and a police car driven by PO Allan Ward. Thereafter Plaintiff was falsely arrested by PO Nathaniel Sands without legal justification. Plaintiff suffered serious personal injuries, humiliation, shame, indignity, reputational damage, pecuniary damage, emotional distress, and physical distress as a result of this incident.
